By Section VI of the Corruption Risk Management Methodology approved by Order of the National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption No. 830/21 dated 28 December 2021 and paragraph 8 of Section IV of the Anti-Corruption Program of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for 2023-2025 approved by Order of the Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine No. 12 dated 07.03.2023 (hereinafter referred to as the Anti-Corruption Program), the Department for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption of the Administration of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, based on information from the interested structural units
Annex 1 ‘Tasks and Measures for the Implementation of the Anti-Corruption Programme of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine for 2023-2025’;
Annex 2 ‘Risk Register’;
Annex 3 ‘Training Programme on Anti-Corruption in the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine’.
According to the results of the analysis, out of 134 planned measures (44 measures - Annex 1 to the Anti-Corruption Programme, 78 measures - Annex 2 to the Anti-Corruption Programme, 12 measures - Annex 3 to the Anti-Corruption Programme), which the interested units, bodies of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine had to implement in the first half of 2024, 134 measures have been completed or are being implemented on an ongoing basis, there are no unimplemented measures.
