With the entry into force of the new law on mobilisation, civil servants of categories B and C will now be booked for 50% of their number.

‘Civil servants, without whom the state and judiciary will not be able to function, will be booked. As for the changes, with the entry into force of the law, civil servants of categories B and C will now be booked by 50%,’ Lazutkin said.
As reported, the Cabinet of Ministers has extended by one month the validity of the current deferments from military service during mobilisation granted to persons liable for military service under Government Resolution No. 76. Currently, the Verkhovna Rada is considering two models of possible economic reservation of employees from mobilisation and military service.
