The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NAPC) has started evaluating the performance of anti-corruption commissioners using a new methodology. According to the results of the assessment, the Commissioner of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine received 86% - the highest score among the ministries assessed.
The evaluation is carried out in accordance with the Methodology for Evaluating the Performance of Authorised Units (Authorised Persons) for the Prevention and Detection of Corruption, approved by the NACP Order No. 164/23 dated 01.08.2023. It covers the activities of the authorised persons in 2023 and is based on the analysis of the information provided by them on the results of their work for the year.
General statistics and performance evaluation reports are available on the NACP's Integrity Portal. The Ministry of Education and Science will continue to work to further improve anti-corruption mechanisms and increase the efficiency of the authorised unit.
